摘要
分析了利用三阶负载谐振网络的静电感应法对电压型感应加热电源进行负载匹配的过补偿和欠补偿两种电路,给出了设计和计算方法。根据匹配电路的结构和响应,分析了两种匹配方式对逆变器开关状态的影响,在分析逆变器开关管的开关损耗后发现,过补偿三阶谐振电路相对于欠补偿有很大的优点,尤其适合高频变换器。通过仿真和实验对理论分析结果进行了验证,其结果证明了分析的合理性。
Two types of three-order resonant circuits called over-compensated and less-compensated circuit ,which are used in static electricity induction load-matched of voltage-source induction heating converter,are analyzed in this paper. The ways of design and calculation are given.According to the circuits configure and response,the switches states of inverters are studied.By means of analyzing the switch-loss ,the conclusion is provided that,for high frequency voltagesource inverter,over-compensated circuit is better than less-compensated one.The simulative and experimental results showed that the conclusion is correct.The design ways for vohage-source induction heating supply using static electricity induction load-match are provided.
