摘要
针对感应加热控制器存在的电路复杂、温度漂移等问题,对中频感应加热逆变电路进行了分析,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的智能控制器的设计。同时考虑谐振逆变电路的负载功率因数,建立了全数字锁相环(ADPLL)电路设计,再对感应加热输出恒定功率进行专用软核的搭建设计。由ModelSim仿真结果表明了这种基于FPGA的专用软核设计方案降低了使用成本,实现了输出恒定功率的控制及负载电流信号的跟踪,使系统具有更强的鲁棒性和适应能力。
According to the problems of complexity in circuit and temperature drift in induction heating controller,in-termediate frequency induction heating inverter circuit is analyzed and a intelligent controller design based on FPGA is proposed.Considering the load power factor of resonant inverter,a design of all-digital phase-locked loop(ADPLL) is established.Then a special soft core for induction heating output constant power is built.The results from ModelSim simulation show that the special softcore CPU plan based on FPGA can reduce cost and realize the control of con- stant power and tracking of load current signal, and can enhance robustness and adaptability of our system.
