摘要
针对扫频控制中出现的低阻抗问题进行了详细的理论分析,提出了电流相角反馈的控制策略,采用该策略可有效降低低阻抗下的开关损耗。为了不改变额定阻抗下原来扫频控制中的功率调节效果,提出了最佳限相角的选择,理论分析和实验结果证明了新的控制方案的优越性。
The paper presents a detail analysis of over loading problems in PFM control.The traditional LC resonant induction heating uses only current feed back control strategy,which will have a great switching current when the system was in a overloading condition.The switching current have relation with two factors,the output current and the switching angle.We can decrease the current and switching angle in overload condition but not change the regulation effect under the rated load normal.So a new control strategy with current and phase feedback is presented.Based on this control strategy,the switch-loss of system under over loading condition can be decreased,and the power regulation under the rated load doesn't be changed.The theoretical analysis and experiment result proved the superiority of the new control strategy.
