摘要
目的:应用HPLC法建立规范化种植药用牡丹皮的指纹图谱,为丹皮药材的质控提供依据。方法:以丹皮酚为参照物,采用SHIMADZUVP.DDSC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(0%~100%)连续梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min;在242nm波长下检测。测定10批药材的指纹图谱。结果:丹皮药材有11个共有峰,多数峰都可以达到较好分离。该分析方法具有很好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,各批次间共有峰的相对保留时间的RSD均小于2%,相对峰面积的RSD符合指纹图谱相关要求。结论:建立的指纹图谱检测标准,可以作为丹皮质量评价和品种鉴别的主要依据之一。
AIM: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. by HPLC for the quality control. METHODS: HPLC with SHIMADZU VP-DDS C18 column was used, paeonol was taken as standard, the mobile phase was used, the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O(0%-100% ) a liner gradient eluation, the de- tection wavelength was at 242 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. 10 batches of samples were analyzed to establish the fingerprint. RESULTS: 11 common peaks were selected in chromatography. Among the obtained fingerprints, most of the detected peaks were separated effectively. The accuracy, repeatability and stability of this method were satisfied, the RSDs of relative retention time and area of aimed peaks existed in all samples were less than 2%. The results were in accordance with the request of fingerprint. CONCLUSION : The established fingerprint can be used for the quality control of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr..
