摘要
目的应用凤丹饮片的HPLC特征图谱,为科学评价和控制其质量提供有效的方法。方法确定凤丹饮片1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,从而作为评价和控制其质量的标准。结果测试样品10批,选择丹皮酚峰作为参照峰,确立1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值在0.012~0.041内。结论 1号峰(没食子酸)的相对峰面积值范围,可用于凤丹饮片的定性鉴定及质量控制。
Objective To apply the feature mapping of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain to establish a sensitive and spe cific method for controlling the quality. Methods We determined the relative peak area range of NO. 1 peak' s ( gallic acid) which could assess and control the quality of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain. Results We tested 10 batches of samples, chose pae onol peak as a reference, to determine the relative peak area of gallic acid at 0. 012 - 0. 041. Conclusion The range of gallic acid' s rel ative peak area can be applied to qualitative identifying and quality control of Moutan Cortex pieces from Fenghuang Mountain.
