中波紫外线对皮肤免疫系统影响的某些研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 不同波长范围的紫外线具有不同的生物学效应。波长在280-320nm范围内的中波紫外线能诱导T淋巴细胞凋亡,抑制自然杀伤细胞、肥大细胞、朗格汉斯细胞的活性,对Th1、Th2型细胞因子产生不同的生物学效应,从而达到治疗皮肤病的效果。本文就中波紫外线对皮肤免疫系统影响的某些研究进展作一综述。
