四角田公路隧道为上、下行分离的双洞隧道,最小线间距为20 m,隧道围岩为膨胀性岩体,施工过程中多次出现二次衬砌混凝土开裂、拱墙错台、钢支撑变形、钢筋折断、拱底鼓起等多种病害。文章重点介绍了隧道的施工方法和对病害的整治措施。
The article describes the construction techniques of Sijiaotian highway tunnel embedded in swelling surrounding rocks and the treatment of various defects such as cracks in concrete lining, dislocation between arch and wall, distortion of steel support, breaking of reinforcing steel bars, heaving of invert, and so on.
