摘要
目的:为本品质量控制提供一个准确、重现性好的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-甲酸(38∶52∶0.6),柱温:30℃,检测波长287nm。结果:本研究建立的分析方法有较好的重现性和稳定性,加样回收率98.70%(n=4,RSD=2.79%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective：To develope an effective quality control method for Dongfanggankang Ⅰ Oral Liquid. Methods：Salvianolic acid B Was determined by HPLC,using C18 column,methanol-water-formic aicid（38： 52： 0.6） as mobile phase and UV detector at 287nm. Results： This method had a good repeatability and reproducibility;the average recovery was 98.70% with RSD 2. 79%. Conclusion： This method is simple,quick,accurate and with good reproducibility and could be used in the quality control of Dongfanggan kang Ⅰ Oral Liquid.
