摘要
采用钢焊丝熔化极CO_2焊焊接铜钢接头,拉伸强度σ_b达200MPa,断口扫描电镜表明为塑性断裂,接头未产生热裂纹。X射线光电子能谱分析表明焊缝中不存在铜的氧化物,接头铜铁含量在熔合线附近产生跃变、含铁低于10%的区域极窄。
in this investigation, copper-steel joints are welded by CO_2 welding with steel electrode. No heat crack is found in welded joints whose tensile strength σ_b attains 200 MPa, and the plastic fracture is demonstrated by SEM. The iron and copper contents sharply change near the junction. the than 10% iron content zone is extremely narrow.
