振动器外壳铸造工艺改进及模具设计 被引量:2

Improvement of Casting Process and Die Design of Vibrator Shell

摘要 振动器外壳为壁厚跃变较大的复杂铸件,原采用砂型铸造工艺,铸件存在缩孔、缩松和浇不足等缺陷。针对上述问题进行工艺改进,设计并制造了挤压铸造成形模具,并用改制的挤压铸造设备进行工艺试验。结果表明,通过优化铸造工艺,可大大改善壁厚跃变较大的复杂铸件质量。 The wall thickness of vibrator shell had significant changes.The original casting process for vibrator shell was designed by conventional sand casting.The shrinkage cavities and porosities were found in the casting.Aiming at this,the process is improved,the die of squeeze casting was designed and produced.Experiments were done on the home-made squeeze casting.The results indicate that the high quality castings can be produced by the improved casting process.
