摘要
生物技术是以生命科学为基础，利用生物机体、生物系统创造新物种，并与工程原理相结合加工生产生物制品的综合性科学技术。现代生物技术包括基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程和发酵工程４个领域。基因工程和细胞工程是生物技术的主导领域，是发酵工程、酶工程的基础；发酵工程和酶工程又常常是基因工程、细胞工程研究成果的实际应用，是生物技术产业化的基础。
Biological technology is a comprehensive science which is based on life science,makes use of biomechanism and biosystem to create new spedes,combines engineering principles to produce biologicals.The present biological technology includes genetic engineering, cell engineering,enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering.Among them the former two are base,while the latter two are the practical application of the genetic and cell engineering research achievements.
