摘要
通过对五年制本科生的临床见习教学,体会到要想带好临床见习课必须做到：师生都要做好见习前的准备工作；在见习中教师应正确指导学生问诊、查体；培养学生临床思维能力；同时要做好见习后小结工作。
On the basis of experiences in guiding five-year system undergraduates in their clinic practice, we realized that it was important to accomplish the following tasks： both teachers and students should have good preparation for it; teachers should instruct students in interrogation and physical examination; teachers should cultivate students＇ clinic thoughts; teachers should help students to summarize their practice.
