摘要
2 0世纪以来 ,医疗秩序格局受到严峻的挑战 ,传统医学教育在指导思想上、教育理论上、实践及环境中人文精神严重缺失。究其原因 ,我们认为这是技术时代科技与人文严重分离的必然结果、中西医学内在冲突的必然反映、市场化过程中负面影响的衍生品。转变传统医学教育人文精神缺失这一走向的关键在于 :医学教育中要创造性的继承和发展中国传统文化中的人文精神 ,不断追求实现科学和真正意义上的中西医结合 ,积极引入价值观的建设和反思。
Since 20th century,the structure of order in medical and health work is confronted with severe challenges.Traditional medical education is severiously deficient in humanism in guiding principle,educational theory and practice and environment.These phenomena are,we think,the consequences resulting mainly from the separation of science and technology from humanism in the technological era,the inevidable reflection of the inner conflicts between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the biproducts from the unfavourable influence in the couse of marketingation.In order to convert the tendency of humanism deficienly in traditional medical education,we should creatively forward and develop humanism of Chinese traditional cultrue in medical education,seek for the really scientific combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and also actively direct our energy into the construction of values and frequent introspection.
