摘要
针对房屋建筑工程施工质量存在的风险源多、涉及面广的特点及其风险评价是集体决策、定性分析与定量研究相结合的过程,本文基于层次分析与模糊理论相结合的方法,从施工管理、施工材料质量及施工工艺三方面建立了房建工程施工质量风险指标体系,提出了房建工程施工质量风险多层次总评价数学模型。
According to the characteristic of multi-cause and wide range of quality risk existed in the hours building engineering construction as well as the process of risk evaluation through the collective decision, and the qualitative analysis combining with quantitative research, this paper established the risk index system of hours building engineering construction in three aspects： construction management, material quality, and construction techniques, and the mathematical model for multi-level comprehensive evaluation of hours building engineering construction quality risk with the methods of multi-level analysis combining with fuzzy theory.
