摘要
针对工程项目施工质量风险源多、涉及面广、控制难度大的特点,从建设工程施工阶段的具体特点入手,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标及其权重,建立工程施工质量风险简易评价模型,为工程施工质量风险提供一种科学的综合评价的方法。
According to characteristic of multi-cause, wide range of quality risk and hard to control existed in the engineering construction, this paper attempts to definite every evaluation index and its right weight from using AHP, establishes a simple evaluation model of risk of construction quality and provides it a scientific method of benefit evaluation.
