人参皂甙Rg1对大鼠离心运动后骨胳肌微损伤的作用研究 被引量:2

Research on Effects of Ginsenoside Rg1 on the Skeletal Muscle Micro-injury after Eccentric Exercise in Rats

摘要 离心运动导致的骨胳肌微损伤对机体的运动能力有较大影响。以大鼠为实验对象,从自由基和Ca2+来深入探讨人参皂甙Rg1对机体离心运动后骨胳肌微损伤的影响。实验结果表明,人参皂甙Rg1可能主要通过影响骨胳肌线粒体钙含量而减少离心运动后骨胳肌微损伤。 It has been well recognized that eccentric exercise-induced skeletal muscle micro-injury has great effects on the exercise capacity. This paper explored the effect of ginseng Rg1 on the skeletal muscle micro-injury after eccentric exercise in rats from free radical and Ca^2+ . The results of this study showed that the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 on the skeletal muscle micro-injury were mostly through affecting the mitochondrial calcium content.
