摘要
通过对情报服务中认知情报学和用户主体情报学的分析,本文尝试建立创造性情报的模式p=c(i,q),这个模式中,情报工作人员(c)以创造力为核心、用户需求(q)为导向,利用可获取的信息(i),获得彰显自身价值的情报活动结果(p)。
Base on cognition and user oriented for information service, this article build a new model for information system of"p=c (i, q)". In this model, q as "production", c as "consultation", i as "infor "question" marion" and q as . In consultation, the kernel of this model is creativity of intelligence agent.We call this model "creative information".
