摘要
“他方性”和“隐匿性”是传统情报概念固有的两个本质属性。凡无视这两个基本属性的“情报”观 ,都是对传统情报概念的背离 ,是产生情报概念混乱之源 。
The Chinese term !qingbao' means !military intelligence', which has two intrinsic attributes: !external' and !confidential'. Any view on !qingbao' which ignores the intrinsic attributes deviates from the traditional concept of !qingbao'. !Qingbao' is a misnomer and should be changed into another name.
