摘要
工业建筑中的大型混凝土漏斗施工较为困难,其施工的工序也较为复杂,既费工费时,又耗用大量异型模板和支撑材料。用现浇混凝土漏斗外吊内拍工艺构筑漏斗结构,可节省大量的周转材料,减轻劳动强度,加快施工进度,提高了混凝土的浇筑质量,比常规支模方法节省人工30%以上,节约周转性材料约60%,技术经济效益显著。
Big funnel structure in industrial buildings is difficult to construct due to its complicated construction procedure, not only spending a great amount of manpower and time but also consuming a number of special shaped formwork and supporting materials. The casting construction technique of supporting the funnel from outside and troweling the inner slope can save a lot of construction materials, reduce work strength, accelerate construction progress and improve concreting quality. Compared with conventional forming methods, it can save manpower by more than 30% and construction material by about 60%, achieving an obvious technoeconomy benefit.
