摘要
对裂纹叶片进行了材料及断口理化检验及分析,同时采用有限元分析软件对该叶片的强度、振动作了精确的计算,找出了叶片叶根开裂原因,提出了改进方案,避免该叶片再次发生叶根开裂,保证机组安全可靠运行。
According to inspection of material, physical and chemical analysis at fracture area ,finite analysis of blade stress and vibration, find root cause of rupture. Give the method of improvement,to ax^oid it happen again and make unit operated safely.
