摘要
目的验证登革病毒在传播媒介白纹伊蚊间经交配传递的可能性。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测与携带登革病毒蚊虫交配后的异性不带病毒蚊虫及其子代,观察它们是否获得病毒。结果与垂直感染获得病毒的雄蚊交配后的不带病毒雌蚊及其子代检测结果出现阳性,而与垂直感染获得病毒的雌蚊交配后的不带病毒雄蚊检测结果均为阴性。结论雌性白纹伊蚊能够通过交配获得病毒,并传给子代;而雄性白纹伊蚊通过交配没有获得病毒。
Objective To study the possibility of transmission of Den-1 virus between the vector mosquitoes, Aedes albopictus via sexual route. Methods Fluorescence RT-PCR was performed to detect whether after mating with virus-infected heterosexuals mosquitoes the healthy virgin mosquitoes and their progenies infected with viruses. Results The healthy virgin females mated with vertically infected males the healthy virgin mosquitoes and their progenies were infected, but the healthy virgin males were not infected after mating with vertically infected females. Conclusion The female mosquitoes can gain Den-1 virus via sexual route and transmit it to the progenies, but the males can not.
