摘要
目的适应于白纹伊蚊幼虫可以室内外孳生的习性,以标准间指数表示非居民住户环境的白纹伊蚊幼虫空间分布的种群密度,补充布雷图指数(或百户指数)仅能代表居民区伊蚊密度的不足。方法现场检查居民和非居民区场所,以检查一定范围(居民住户或一定单位面积)内的孳生白纹伊蚊幼虫容器数,以布雷图指数和标准间指数分别作为衡量居民区和非居民区的白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,对广州市2003年、2004年和2005年上半年的白纹伊蚊的布雷图指数和标准间指数进行分析。结果标准间指数表示的密度消长曲线趋势接近于布雷图指数的曲线,布雷图指数与标准间指数之间存在一定的倍数关系。标准间指数与布雷图指数两者均数的比值分别为2.24,2.26和2.05。结论标准间指数能够较好地反映白纹伊蚊密度消长情况,与布雷图指数相适应,用于白纹伊蚊自然种群动态的监测是可行的。
Objective To adapt to the habits of out-door and indoor breeding of Aedes albopictus, Standard Space Index(SSI) had been used to the population dynamic surveillance of Ae. albopictus in non-residential area and retrieved the deficient of Breteau(BI) which was often used as a larva density index in resident area. Methods Water receptacles where Aedes larva breeding in residential and non-residential area had been detected. BI and SSI had been used as larva density of Ae. albopictus in residential and non-residential area respectively. The density data of the mosquitoes in 2003, 2004 and 2005 had been analyzed. Results The density trend of Ae. albopictus indicated by SSI was similar to that indicated by BI. There was a multiple relationship between the two indexes. The ratio between SSI and BI were 2.24,2. 26 and 2. 05 respectivelly. Conclusion The Standard Space Index, which was corresponding to BI, had well represented for the density trend of Ae. albopictus. It was feasible to measure the population dynamic of Ae. alboplctus by Standard Space Index.
