摘要
目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌L型垂直感染对子代小鼠红细胞免疫、T细胞亚群及NK细胞数量影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测感染后的子代成年小鼠T细胞亚群、NK细胞数量的变化,酵母菌红细胞花环试验法测定红细胞C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(ICR)。结果L型感染组子鼠C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(ICR)降低;子鼠脾脏CD4+细胞明显降低,CD8+细胞明显升高,CD4/CD8的比值降低、NK细胞数量明显降低。结论金葡菌L型垂直感染后对子代免疫功能有一定影响。
To explore the effect of Staphylococcus aureus L-forms on erythrocyte immune receptor,T lymphocyte subpopulation and the amount of NK cell in offsprings,T lymphocyte subpopulations of spleen were measured by flow cytometry,and erythrocyte immune functions（including RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR）were observed to evaluate the immune function of offspring.The results showeol that the level of splenic CD＋4 T cell in S.aureus L-forms group was lower than that of control group,and the level of CD＋8 T cell was higher than that of control group,so the ratio of CD4/CD8 was inversed ,the level of nature killer cells and the erythrocyte C3bRR,erythrocyte ICR were lower than that of control group.It suggests that S.aureus L-forms can affect the immune function of the mice offsprings to some extent through vertical infection.
