摘要
γ辐照小麦幼胚愈伤组织,剂量小于5Gy时,愈伤组织相对生长速率加快,细胞和染色体畸变频率较低;剂量超过15Gy时,细胞和染色体畸变频率明显提高,但因愈伤组织生长明显受抑,而使预后生长不良甚至死亡;剂量为10Gy时,既有一定频率的细胞和染色体畸变,又使愈伤组织预后生长不过分受抑,可视为育种诱变的适宜剂量。
The imature embryo callus of wheat were radiated by γ-rays of different doses. When the dose was below 5 Gy, the relative growth rate of callus increased, the aberration frequency of callus and chromosomes were very low. When the dose was above 15 Gy, the aberration frequency of cells and chromosomes increased significantly, but the growth rate of callus decreased significantly, thus much callus grew so slowly and died. When the dose was 10 Gy, the aberration frequency of cells and chromosomes were not very low, and the growth of callus was not greatly inhibited. So. 10 Gy may be regarded as a suitable radiation dose for wheat imature embryo callus.
