摘要
冬小麦品种经γ辐射处理后再作亲本,M_1F_1代能明显地表现杂种优势,有的性状甚至优于正常亲本的相同组合。M_1F_1多数组合的穗长、穗粒数、千粒重劣于F_1,但也有约14%的组合优于F_1,M_2F_2有70%的组合蛋白质含量比F_2高。配合力分析表明,本试验5个亲本辐射后均有不少性状提高了一般配合力,其中蚰64(亲本3)M_1F_1代的穗长、小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和M_2F_2代的千粒重、蛋白质、干面筋含量都提高了一般配合力;其次为密穗早(亲本1)M_1F_1代的小穗数、穗粒数和M_2F_2代的小穗数、穗粒数、蛋白质含量和沉淀值都提高了一般配合力。有些性状亲本辐射后明显地提高了特殊配合力。
Five winter wheat parents were irradiated by γ-ray in 1986. The hybrids of treated parents were compared with those of untreated parents. The heterosises of treated F_1were clear, and in some characters they were higher than the same crosses of untreated parents. The spike length, number of grains per spike and 1000-grain weight of treated F_1were lower than the same crosses of untreated parents in most crosses, but about 40% of the crosses were superior to the untreated. The protein contents of 70 % treated were higher than those of untreated crosses. The results of analysis of combining ability showed that: After the parents being irradiated the estimators of general combining ability of some character were heightened in each of the five parents. In You 64 (parent 3), the general combining abilities of the spike length, number of spikelets, number of grains per spike and 1000-grain weight of treated F_1and 1000-grain weight, protein content and dry gluten of treated F_2were heightened. In Misuizao (parent 1), the general combining abilities of spikelets, number of grains per spike of treated F_1and number of spikelets, number of grains perspike, protein content and SDS sedimentation value of treated F_2were heightened. The special combining abilities of some characters were enhenced after the parents being irradiated.
