小麦种子对二氯喹啉酸的敏感性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以小麦为材料,测定了二氯喹啉酸对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用,结果表明:二氯喹啉酸72h对小麦种子芽长的EC50为96.71mg/L;二氯喹啉酸对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用存在差异。 We measure the restrain activity of pquincloracp to wheat bud,root and weigh based on wheat.The outcome show that the EC50 is 96.71 mg/L of pquincloracp to wheat seed bud at 72 h. In addition, there are great diffence among them for F(228.1)〉 F0.01(8.7) when f=2.
