摘要
以小麦为试材,测定了2,4-D和二甲四氯对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用,结果表明,2,4-D 72 h处理对小麦种子芽长的EC50为492.53 mg/kg;2,4-D对小麦种子芽长、根长与鲜重间的抑制作用存在极显著差异;二甲四氯72 h处理对小麦种子芽长的EC50为798.28 mg/kg;同时其对小麦种子芽长、根长与鲜重间的抑制作用也存在极显著差异。
We measure the restrain activity of 2,4-D-ethylhexyl and MCPA to wheat bud,root and weigh based on wheat. The outcome show that the EC50 is 492.53 mg/kg of 2,4-D-ethylhexyl to wheat seed bud at 72 h. In addition , there are great diffence among them for F( 155.7 ) 〉 F0.01 (8.7) when f = 2.The outcome, show that the EC50 is 798.28 mg/kg of MCPA to wheat seed bud at 72 h. In addition, theme, are great diffence among them for F(16.85) 〉 F0.01(8.7) when f=2.
