企业家社会关系与高科技企业的成长被引量：10

摘要本文基于国内150家企业调查的数据进行了实证研究。结果表明,企业家的内部关系显著地改进了高科技企业的组织柔性和战略隔绝能力;企业家的政府关系则对于高科技企业的组织柔性和战略隔绝能力保护并没有显著的作用;企业家企业关系网络的建立与完善显著地改进了高科技企业的战略隔绝能力,但对组织柔性的贡献并不显著;组织柔性和战略隔绝机制是市场潜力的源泉。
