摘要
以月桂酸为增塑剂,采用热压法制备可生物降解的小麦蛋白基塑料,研究了增塑剂对小麦蛋白基塑料性能的影响。在月桂酸添加量为3.5%(质量分数,下同)、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为50 min时,小麦蛋白基塑料的拉伸强度为39.05MPa,弯曲强度为44.76MPa,密度为1.33g/cm^3,吸水率为26.23%。结果表明,月桂酸是小麦蛋白基塑料良好的改性剂。
Biodegradable plastics were developed based on wheat.gluten. Lauric acid was employed as the plastisizer and modifier. When the loading of lauric acid was 3.5 %, the system was allowed to react at 60℃ for 50 rain, tensile strength of 39.05 MPa, bending strength of 44.76 MPa, density of 1.33 g/cm^3 were achieved. Such plastics had a water adsorption of 26.23 %.
