摘要
结合新形势下卫勤保障要求和在校教育的实际情况,分析聘用护士与文职护士存在的问题,认为在护士中专教育和继续教育中增设军事护理学课程至关重要。同时,强化质量控制,提高福利待遇,有助于维持军队医院聘用护士队伍的稳定性,从而提高卫勤保障能力。
According to the health care demands in the new period and the current situation of school education,this article analyzed the disadvantages of employed nurses compared with staff nurses in the military hospitals. The author proposed that it was important to develop the course of military nursing in school education and continuing education. Furthermore, in order to stabilize the employed nurse team in military hospital and improve the competence of health care, it was necessary to strengthen quality control and improve the welfare and income of employed nurses.
