摘要
阐述了热分析和火用分析在氧化铝溶出工序节能降耗中的作用,建立了该工序的热分析和火用分析模型,并以此对某厂该工序进行热效率和火用效率的计算,分析了工艺参数对该工序火用效率的影响,指出了其节能降耗途径。
The importance of thermal analysis and exergy analysis in alumina digestion process was described. A thermal analysis model and an exergy analysis model were established, which have been applied in a factory to calculate the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the alumina digestion process. It is proposed the methods of energy saving and consumption lowering for the alumina digestion process based on the analysis of parameters' influence on the system exergy efficiency.
