摘要
分析了轴承钢钢领失效的原因,并对其修复的可行性做了研究,通过采用离心式研磨机对轴承钢钢领的研磨实验,说明失效轴承钢钢领的修复不仅可行,而且修复后使用效果会比新的合格钢领更好。
Analysis is done to the cause of failure and reparable feasibility of rings of bearing steel. Grinding experiment using centrifugal grinding machine shows that the failure ring of bearing steel can be reparable and the performance of the repared rings are better than the newly-made ones.
