摘要
对滚动轴承磨粒磨损故障进行了模拟试验和振动信号的处理和分析。对轴承磨损引起的二次效应的分析,获得了区别于诊断其它故障形式的灵敏诊断参数和方法,指出用峰值和有效值的比值以及频谱包络能量的比值来判定轴承的磨损故障及程度是有效的。文中提出了轴承精度消失故障冲击的概念,可用来衡量轴承磨损引起的精度等级下降的程度。
Simulating test and vibration signal analysis for abrasive wear failure of rollings bearings have been made in this paper.Through analyzing the second effect of abrasive wear of bearings, the sensitive diagnosing parameter and method which are different from diagnosing other failures have been obtained.In this paper, the effective method that diagnoses wear failure and ascertains wear extent by means of crest factor and the ratio of spectral envelop energy are pointed. Finally, the concept of the impulse of precision disappear failure of rolling bearings is suggested. This concept can be used for judging extent cf decrease of bearing preeision grade by wear.
