摘要
从磨料尺寸、料桶形状、滚桶与行星桶转速比三个因素对钢领的磨削量影响进行了定量的实验研究 ,并对钢领修复的可行性进行了分析。认为钢领在修复加工过程中 ,可用较为经济可行的手段达到高质量的磨削效果。
By quantity experimental analysis of 3 factors on rings,which are size of grounding material,burrel shape and speed ratio of drum and planet drum,together with the feasible analysis of ring maintenance,Conclusion is made that efficent grounding can be gained through economic means.
