摘要
通过分析比较野生的五鹤续断及其GAP规范化人工栽培类型在生物量、含水量、总生物碱和多糖等部分有效成分、总灰分元素和无机元素等方面的含量变化,结果表明:GAP规范化人工栽培的五鹤续断在这些方面均优于该环境中野生类型。
In this thesis, some chemical constituents of the roots of Wuhe Dipsacus of different growing years were studied, including the analysis of biomass and the contents of zinc, lead, cadmium, mercury, calcium and its ash, and the determinations of alkaloids, polysaccharide and soluble sugar, protein and amino acid. The results showed that in those physiological characters, the quality of the cultivatar was superior to that of its wild type in the same environment.
