摘要
从川续断Dipsacus aspervides C.Y.Cheng et T.M.Ai根中提得挥发油,经用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)和气相色谱/红外光谱(GC/IR)联用技术进行分析研究,共鉴定出41种化合物。川续断挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑菌能力,动物试验表明具有明显的生理活性。
Fourty-one compounds were identified from the essential oil of Dipsacus asperoides by GC/MS and GC/ FTIR methods. In vitro antibacterial rest proved that this essential oil had marked effect against Staphylo-coccus aureus and animal experiments showed that it had definite pharmacological activity.
