摘要
通过对挪威槭叶片花色素苷不同提取液、提取时间的研究,结果表明:1%盐酸乙醇和1%盐酸甲醇所提取的花色素苷含量明显高于0.1mol/L盐酸提取的花色素苷含量;最佳的提取时间是5~6h。通过对不同光源、温度、酸碱度对挪威槭叶片中花色素苷稳定性的研究,结果表明:挪威槭花色素苷对光强和温度比较敏感,低温黑暗条件能较好地保持花色素苷的稳定性;随着pH值的增加,花色素苷颜色由红变褐,花色素苷特征吸收峰逐渐消失。
The experiment in the effect of the different solutions and time on the extraction of the anthocyanin of acer platanoides indicated that there was significant difference in the concentration of it between with 0.1 mol/L HCl and methanol containing 1% HCl or ethanol containing 1% HC1.5 - 6 h was proper extracting time. Based on the experiments of the anthocyanin's stability to light, temperature and pH,the conclusions can be drawn as follows: the anthocyanin of A. platanoides was sensitive to light and temperature nut it was stable in darkness and low temperature. With pH increasing, the color of extracted anthocyanln changed from red to brown.
