摘要
目的:揭示过敏原免疫疗法对慢性荨麻疹患者的临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法:将慢性荨麻疹患者90例分成3组:国产试剂组、进口试剂组及对照组。分别使用国产脱敏试剂及进口脱敏试剂进行过敏原免疫治疗,对照组则只口服抗过敏药。观察实验前后患者临床症状及生活质量的改变。结果:3组实验前后患者的临床症状及生活质量均有显著性改善,P均<0.05。但是3组之间比较国产试剂组与对照组、进口试剂组与国产试剂组之间没有统计学差异,进口试剂组与对照组之间有显著性差异。结论:使用进口脱敏试剂可以显著改善患者的临床症状及生活质量。
Objective： To study influence of allergen immunotherapy on clinic symptoms and life quality of the patients with chronic urticaria （CU）. Methods： Ninety patients with CU were classified into 3 groups, control group only taken antihistamine drugs, experimental group 1 and group 2 immunotherapied with home-made reagent and imported reagent respectively besides taken antihistamine drugs when necessarily. Clinic symptoms and life quality were observed before and after test. Results： Clinic symptoms and life quality of the patients in the three groups had significant improvement after test. But compared among the three groups, there was no statistical significance between control group and experimental group 1, and between experimental group 1 and group 2. But between control group and experimental group 2 there was statistical significance. Conclusion： Imported reagent can significantly improve clinic symptoms and life quality of the patients.
