摘要
目的:探讨阿罗格(NHD)变应原脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法:100例患者按治疗方法不同分为阿罗格长效变应原脱敏治疗组(治疗组)55例和类固醇药治疗组(对照组)45例者,对脱敏治疗效果进行评价。结果:100例变应性鼻炎患者中,84例出现阳性反应,该组患者中对屋尘螨、粉尘螨和绵羊毛变应原呈阳性反应者分别为75%、68%和38%,其余16种变应原的阳性反应在2%～25%之间。阿罗格脱敏治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(x^2=4.01,P<0.05);单纯吸入性变应原过敏患者75例和合并有食物性变应原过敏的患者25例,总有效率分别为为82.61%和80.77%(x^2=2.01,P>0.05)。结论:阿罗格脱敏治疗是一种安全可行的治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the Curative effects and safety of A llergovit desensitization treatment in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： 100 cases of patients were divided into AUergovit desensitization treatment group （treatment group）55cases and steroid treatment group （control group）d5 cases,evaluate the treatment effect on the desensltization.Results： 100 cases showed positive reaction were 84 eases, the familiar allergens including 75%, 68% and 38% for house dust mite, power dust mite and sheep fur respectively. It also showed positive reaction between 2%-25% to other allergens in 16 cases;The rate of total effective in Allergovit treatment group were highter that the control group; 75 cases the of Pure inhaled allergens allergic and 25 cases of combined with of food allergens,The rate of total effective rates were 82.61% and 80.77% the total effective rates were 82.61% and 80.77% （X2=2.01,P〉0.05）Conclusion Allergovit immunotherapy is a safe and feasible choice for allergic rhinitis.
