特异性免疫治疗哮喘患儿30例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨特异性免疫治疗(SIT)哮喘患儿的安全性及有效性,及SIT对患儿PEF(呼气流量峰值)的影响。方法明确过敏原的哮喘患儿,SIT前和SIT后1年给予患儿过敏原皮肤点刺,同时观测患儿PEF值,进行临床疗效评价。结果SIT后,复查皮试,皮试变化有意义的占90%,28例明显减少,PEF值明显升高。临床取得较好疗效,总有效率占80%。结论哮喘患儿特异性免疫治疗是一种比较安全有效的方法,可以明显改善临床症状,改善肺通气功能。
