摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定阿昔洛韦的含量及其在复方乳酸钠注射液中的稳定性。结果表明，在室温（２５℃±１℃）不避光条件下，两者配伍稳定，２４ｈ内外观、ｐＨ值无明显变化，阿昔洛韦的含量稳定。
V spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of acyclovir and to test its stability in compound sodium Lactate injection.The result showed that they were all stable when combined with Compound sodium Lactate injection under room temperature (25±1℃),their appearances and pH had almost no change in 24 hours.The content of ACV is stable.It has provided that Intravenous drop injection of the mixed Solution is feasible.
