摘要
以细胞培养技术对牛膝多糖(Achyranthesbidentatapolysaccharide,Abps)硫酸酯抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒药效的实验进行研究。受试药物Abps硫酸酯(A-5、A-6、B-3、B-4、B-5、C-6、C-7、C-8)和对照药物环胞苷(CC)、亚膦酰乙酸(PAA)按照综合药效指数评价时,排列顺序为A-6(2.17)>CC(2.11)>PAA(2.04)>B-3(2.02)>B-5(1.90)>A-5(1.60)>C-8(1.38)>C-7(1.32)>B-4(0.84)>C-6(0.80)。由此可见,8种受试的化学合成药牛膝多糖硫酸酯中A-6为抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒效果较佳新药,本品优于环胞苷和亚膦酰乙酸。
he application of tissue culture technique using human embryo muscle skin monolayer cells was made for type Ⅰ herpes simplex virus (HSV Ⅰ) inhibiting.Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide sulfate (Abpss) were used.The efficacy index were listed in the following order:Abpss A 6 ( 2.17 )>Cyclocytidine (CC) ( 2.11 )>Phosphonoacetic (PAA) ( 2.04 )>Abpss B 3 ( 2.02 )>Abpss B 5 ( 1.90 )>Abpss A 5 ( 1.60 )>Abpss C 8 ( 1.38 )>Abpss C 7 ( 1.32 )>Abpss B 4 ( 0.84 )>Abpss C 6 ( 0.80 ).The Abpss A 6 exceeded such control drugs (synthetic compounds) as CC and PAA.
