摘要
消星障滴眼液由猕猴桃根的提纯物制成。给健康者40只眼作滴眼试验,均未出现痛痒等任何刺激反应。选择HSK患者44例,分为两组,消星障组用本制剂,西药组用疱疹净,实质层用环胞苷。结果消星障组总有效率和痊愈率分别为95.83%和87.50%,西药组为75%和45%,两组有显著性差异。消星障试治8例眼病毒性角膜结膜炎,其中6眼有效。消星障滴眼共72例,均无明显不良反应。其疗效机理与免疫调节和直接抗病毒作用有关,可作为治疗HSK的一种新制剂。
Xiao-Xing-Zhang eye drops were made by purified material from Radix Actinidia Chinese Planch. The eye drops were given to 40 healthy eases for test, there were no any irritating reaction such as pain or itching. Selecting 44 cases of HSK suffereros and dividing them into two groups. Group of Xiao-Xing-Zhang was given this eye drops, group of western medicine was given idoxuridine and the parenchymal layer was given cyclocytidine. As a result, the total effective rate and cure rate were 95.88% and 87.50% respectively in the group of Xiao-Xing-Zhang, and 75% and 45% respectively in the group of western medicine. There was a notable difference between these two groups. Treating 8 eases of virus keratocon-junctivitis, in which, 6 eases got effectiveness. Xiao-Xing-Zhang eye drops were applied to 72 eases totally, all of them had no obvious bad reaction. The effective mechanism was related to immunological regulation and direct anti-virus effection. So it could be taken as a new preparation for treating HSK.
