摘要
以甲醇 -水 (体积比80∶20)为流动相,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了生、炒决明子中大黄酚的含量 ,平均回收率98.1%,RSD为2.3%(n=5)。方法简便、灵敏、重现性好。
The contents of chrysophanol in raw and fry Semen Cassiae were determined by RP-HPLC. A methanol-water(velume ratio 80∶20) system was used as mobile phase. The average recovery and RSD of the method are 98.1% and 2.3%, respectively. The method is simple, sensitive and repeatable.
