摘要
本文介绍了利用激光散射原理快速测定牛乳蛋白质和脂肪成分的测试仪光强检测模块的设计,设计重点是前置放大电路、A/D转换电路及单片机电路设计。在检测模块单片机软件设计上采用了软件模块化的设计方式,有利于软件的维护和升级。根据检测模块的特点,采用了多任务并行执行的设计方案,提高了工作效率。
In this paper, the Measurement of Light-intensity Module of Milk-Analyzer for Composition is designed which bases on laser scattering theory to measured protein and fat in the milk quickly. The key of the design is circuits of preamplifier, A/D converter and micro-controller. The software design of SCM (single chip microcomputer) in Measurement of Light-intensity Module using module method is helpful for software maintenance and the promotion. According to the characteristics of Measuring Module, the method of parallel multi-tasks running is used, which enhances the running efficiency.
