摘要
基于ARM乳粉成分检测仪的硬件研制是以激光散透比检测理论为依据,并实现高精确度乳粉成分检测而设计的.结合乳粉成分检测仪的功能要求,在硬件设计上采用了模块化设计方式,有利于硬件的维护和升级.该设计重点是光强检测电路设计、A/D转换电路设计以及核心控制电路设计.
Milk ingredients detector hardware design based on ARM embedded system is to achieve high precision milk ingredients detect, whose basis theory is the scattered light to transmitted light rate of the laser. According to the functional requirements of the milk ingredients detector, hardware design is using a modular design, helping hardware maintenance and upgrades. The design focus are light detection circuit design, A/D converter circuit design and control circuit design.
