摘要
学生社团作为共青团组织“一体两翼”中的重要成分,已成为大学校园文化建设、素质教育和思想政治教育的重要载体和途径。文章从研究学生社团法律地位出发,从法律上理顺学生社团关系,探讨今后工作的新格局,使学生社团在法律保护下开展活动,维护学校、社团及其成员利益,这对做好学生社团的管理、指导工作将具有重要的作用。
As an important part of the Youth League, the students＇ leagues are now the important careers and appoaches to the campus cultural construction, comprehensive ability education and the education of ideology. This aticle, from the point of the students＇ leagues legal status, sets to discuss the concerned problems of the Leagues so to open the new stage of their future administration, and to defend the interests of the university, the leagues and their members under the defence of the law, which is quite important to the administration and directing of the Leagues.
