摘要
必要的法律素质,是当代公民特别是大学生立足社会的核心条件。21世纪以来,社会对大学生的综合素质要求越来越高,因此,大学生不仅要掌握好专业知识技能,同时还要提高自己的法律素质。而现在,大学生的法律素质现状却不容乐观。因此,要对大学生进行现代法律意识培养,增加他们的法律知识,使其养成学法自觉、知法完整、懂法透彻、用法正确、守法坚定、护法顽强的良好素质。
The essential legal qualities are the core constituent necessities of today＇s citizens, especially to college students, who will step into the society sooner or later. The social requirements for college students regarding all-round qualities have been on the incrcase since the 21st century. Therefore, college students should not only command specialized skills, but also improve their own legal qualities. But the present situation is not optimistic. Hence, great efforts shall be made to cultivate college students＇ legal awareness, and strengthen their legal knowledge so as to help them attain such goals as actively acquiring legal knowledge, being fully informed legal knowledge, thoroughly comprehending the content of law, correctly applying law into practice, firmly adhering to the law, and adamantly safeguarding the law.
