摘要
纵观国内外大学在学生参与学校民主管理方面的做法都有一个共同的特点,那就是在学生参与的过程中,首先要依靠一支民主的队伍———学生会。学生会是代表学生,并集中行使广大学生赋予的权力的学生自治组织。在比较国内外著名高校在学生参与学校民主管理方面的经验和做法的基础上,对我国高校如何加强和改革学生参与学校民主管理工作进行了探讨和分析。
In the practice of students＇ participating in the democratic management both abroad and at home, there is a common characteristic that this practice must rely on the Student Union, which is a selfmanaged organization of students. Discussed and analyzed is how to strengthen and improve this practice in Institutions of Higher Learning by comparing the experience and practice abroad and at home.
