摘要
目的:研究高血压大鼠在患脓毒症时血流动力学的变化。方法:SHR、WKY大鼠各7只,静脉注射LPS制备脓毒症模型,测量注射前及注射后1h、3h平均动脉压(MAP)、左室收缩峰压(LVSP)、左室压力最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)。结果:与注射前相比,注射后两组动物MAP、LVSP、+dp/dtmax均显著下降(P<0.05),注射后1h最低,但SHR大鼠下降更显著;注射后3h部分恢复,SHR组恢复显著,两组均显著低于注射前水平。结论:SHR大鼠患脓毒症时早期血流动力学变化更严重,但恢复更快。
Objective:To study the hemodynamic alterations in SHR rats with sepsis, Methods: :Escherichia coil lipopolysac-charide (LPS) were applied by intravenous administration to induce sepsis in SHR and WKY rats. Before injection and one hour and three hours 3 h after injection of LPS, mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) , left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) , the asscending rate of left ventricular pressure (dp/dtmax) were measured. Results:After injection of LPS , MAP, LVSP and + dp/dt max decreased significantly in both groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and dropped to the lowest level one hour after injection, but more significantly in SHR rats. The hour after injection, MAP, LVSP and + dp/dt max recovered partly, and more significantly in SHR. Conclusion:The hemodynamic alterations are more significant in early stage of sepsis and recover more significantly in SHR rats.
